Positioned as the first high-end polyester spunbond mat production base for waterproofing membranes in the Middle East, the new facility brings high-performance nonwoven material manufacturing closer to regional customers and partners. The factory is equipped with two fiberglass-reinforced polyester spunbond mat production lines and two polyester spunbond mat production lines, strengthening TDF’s ability to provide reliable supply, faster regional response, and localized support across the Middle East and beyond.

The opening ceremony brought together representatives from the Saudi Authority for Industrial Cities and Technology Zones (MODON), customers, partners, and the OYH and TDF teams to celebrate the official launch of the facility. Guests toured the production workshop and learned about the factory’s production layout, process flow, core equipment, and future operating plans.

The Saudi Arabia factory represents an important step in TDF’s continued international development. From project signing and construction to equipment installation and full operation, the facility reflects the company’s strong execution, cross-border collaboration, and long-term commitment to regional manufacturing capability.
