Founded in 1978, Avian Brands has built a strong position in Indonesia’s decorative coatings and waterproof coatings market over nearly five decades. The company operates more than 185 distribution centers and over 60,000 retail outlets nationwide, covering both urban and rural markets. Its flagship waterproofing range, No Drop, was developed for Indonesia’s hot and humid climate and offers high elasticity, crack resistance, weather resistance, and long-lasting waterproofing performance. With a market share of more than 40 percent, it has become one of the country’s most recognized waterproofing brands.
The agreement reflects a shared view of market opportunities and industry direction in Indonesia. Under the partnership, OYH will contribute waterproofing technologies, established product systems, and international operating experience, while Avian Brands will bring its strengths in local channels, manufacturing, and market reach. Together, the two companies will work to bring products and services to market more effectively in Indonesia, while supporting both localized operations and business expansion.
Looking ahead, the two sides will deepen cooperation across technology, channels, and production capacity. By building on their respective strengths, they aim to strengthen their position in Indonesia and support the continued development of the local waterproofing industry.
