Qingdao/China, December 2025 – OYH Overseas Development Group and Kazakhstan's prominent building materials group, ABBEX, have formalized a strategic cooperation agreement, marking a significant step in their collaborative efforts to serve the Kazakh market.

From December 25 to 27, 2025, an ABBEX delegation, led by Chairman Alexandr Berezhinskiy and General Manager Evgeny Berezhinskiy, visited OYH's facilities in China. The visit included tours of the Qingdao Production, R&D, and Logistics Base and the Headquarters R&D Center. Mr. Hu Zhongqiu, Vice President of OYH Overseas Development Group, and the Asia-Pacific trade team hosted the delegation. The talks focused on strategic market expansion in Kazakhstan and deepening bilateral cooperation.

During their tour, accompanied by OYH's business, marketing, and technical teams, the ABBEX delegation gained comprehensive insights into the waterproofing industry. They visited the National Key Laboratory for Advanced Waterproofing Materials, the China Building Waterproofing Museum, and the corporate exhibition hall. The delegation commended OYH's integrated strengths in manufacturing, operations management, vocational training, applied technology, and new product development, and acknowledged the professionalism of the OYH team.

At a business meeting held on December 26, OYH management welcomed the ABBEX delegation and presented an overview of the company's development and global strategy. OYH representatives highlighted ABBEX's 13 years of specialization in waterproofing, with over 1,000 completed projects across Kazakhstan, serving diverse structures such as commercial centers, schools, and industrial plants. They noted ABBEX's in-house design department, professional construction teams, and proven expertise in flat roof and underground structure waterproofing, which aligns closely with OYH's business focus and market strategy, indicating substantial potential for the partnership.

Chairman Alexandr Berezhinskiy and General Manager Evgeny Berezhinskiy expressed strong appreciation for OYH's development achievements. Both parties agreed that a solid foundation for cooperation in Kazakhstan has been established.
